6 Tips To Relieve Stress When You Have A Busy Schedule

The demands of modern life can be overwhelming and stressful. Whether you're juggling multiple projects at work, running errands during your free time, or even just trying to enjoy time with the people you love—there are a lot of things competing for your attention. While it's important to have goals and aspirations, it's also critical that you take care of yourself in the process. We've listed a few of our tips below to help you relieve stress while still getting everything done!

1. Plan Your Day

"Plan my day? I don't even had time for everything else going on in my day!" I hear you but it only takes 5 minutes a day and once you start you seen how organising you day can help you find way more than 5 minutes. Planning your day can not only help you get things done, it can also help you avoid stress. Planning your day in advance or in the moment can help you decide what to do next, which will allow for more productivity and less stress later when deadlines approach.

You may have heard this before but I'm going to say it again: planning your day is an essential component of preventing burnout. It's like going through the motions of preparing a healthy meal before actually cooking it; if there's no plan in place, then chances are good that we'll end up eating whatever comes first (or second) out of our fridge—and that could mean anything from frozen pizzas to peanut butter on toast, it's tasty but it's likely not getting you to your goal.

With a little bit of forward thinking and organisation we promise it will help you find more time in your day and help reduce stress. There are lots of planners out there that can help you as well, a personal favourite is the BestSelf Planner but you can also just start with a blank notebook.

2. Take 10 Minutes To Meditate

Taking 10 minutes to meditate is a great way to reduce stress and relieve your mind from the hectic nature of everyday life. There are many studies that show meditation can improve your mental health, physical health and sleep quality.

The benefits of meditation include:

  • Improved focus

  • Better concentration and memory function

  • Reduced anxiety levels in stressful situations

3. Get Physical

If you're looking for a way to relieve stress, look no further than physical activity. It's one of the most effective, healthy ways to release tension and improve your mood.

Physical activities that are good for relieving stress include yoga, running, swimming and weightlifting. Researchers from Harvard Medical School found that regular exercise can help reduce anxiety levels by up to 40 percent in just eight weeks!

You don't need to hit the gym every day (although it's fine if you want to), but aim for at least three 30-minute workouts each week if you want to see results. The key is not how much time you spend working out but how hard your body has been pushed during those 30 minutes or so; if it feels like a breeze then maybe try adding another five minutes up the intensity next time around!

Because we live such busy lives these days it can be easy to forget about our own well-being; however taking some time out of our schedules to do something good for ourselves will undoubtedly improve our mental health as well as making us feel better physically too.

4. Increase Your Water Intake

Drinking water is one of the best ways to relieve stress, especially when your schedule is busy and you're not getting enough rest. Research shows that drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day can help manage anxiety, but it also has other benefits as well.

You probably already know that drinking more water helps keep your skin looking healthy and glowing. It also aids in digestion, which means less bloating after meals! And did you know that being dehydrated can actually cause weight gain? A lack of fluid means your body will be packing on fat cells instead of flushing out toxins like it should be doing—not only does it make you feel bloated (and look bloated), but having excess blubber around the midsection makes it harder for people to see those abs or glutes they've been working so hard on building up! Drinking more H2O might not be able to turn back time, but who knows what else it'll do!

Drinking plenty of liquid throughout the day is essential for overall health and well-being: besides helping reduce stress levels through hydration alone, drinking more water has also been linked with improved energy levels as well as better concentration during tasks such as reading or studying. It's also super important for keeping our brains sharp; according to scientific research conducted by The Journal Of Neuroscience Nursing (JON), consuming adequate amounts of H2O helps us perform better on cognitive tests such as word games like Scrabble® because water acts as both an aid for mental clarity without causing drowsiness.

If your someone that find water boring then you can try using a B On 1 Glass Water Bottle and adding some fruit or herbs to it, like mint for example.

5. Get Enough Sleep

Getting enough sleep is one of the best ways to decrease anxiety and stress. If you're not getting enough sleep, your brain will be extra sensitive to stressors, so even a minor problem could cause a huge flare-up of anxiety. Additionally, when you're tired your body's response time slows down and this can lead to accidents or injuries (like car crashes), which can make your life feel even more overwhelming than it already is!

Now you might be thinking, "That sounds great but it's the stress that's keeping me awake." We get it and sometimes that get definitely make it difficult so here are a few things you can try to get you drift off quicker:

  • Develop good sleep habits—try going to bed and getting up at the same time each day

  • Avoid caffeine before bedtime

  • Don't eat too much before bedtime.

  • Dim the lights.

  • Avoid any screens a hour before bed.

  • Try adding CBD to your nighttime routine (more on this in the next tip)

5. Add CBD to your routine

One of the best ways to reduce stress is by adding CBD to your daily routine, which has been proven to help you relax and sleep.

CBD is a natural anti-inflammatory and it can help you manage pain in your body as well as reduce anxiety.

Studies show that CBD can help reduce cortisol levels in your body. Cortisol is a hormone that usually increases when someone experiences stress, but when it stays too high for too long it can lead to depression or anxiety disorders.

If you're going through stressful times at work or home, consider adding CBD Patches into your life!

These tips will help you juggle your busy schedule and reduce stress.

The key to managing stress is taking care of yourself. If you don't have time for a full meditation session, then at least try some quick exercises like deep breathing or stretching. If you're too busy to get more sleep, then maybe try going to bed earlier and getting up earlier so that you can fit in a few hours of rest before starting your day. And if your schedule doesn't allow much physical activity, there's no reason why you can't take the stairs instead of waiting for an elevator or running errands on foot whenever possible!

Drinking plenty of water each day will help keep your body hydrated and feeling refreshed during periods when life feels especially hectic. Remember: It's okay if these tips aren't completely feasible right now - though they will be once we start implementing them! In fact, this might even help motivate us further towards success!

I hope some of these tips can help you relieve some stress even if just a little bit. If you have tips for things that help you please share them with everyone in the comments below and hopefully we can help each other!
